Poulet DG as it is called in Cameroon, can be translated to something like "The General Manager's chicken" Lol. I have always wondered why but the dish is quite a special and delicious one and I think it is because it is considered so special that the name was coined. It is mainly made up of Chicken and ripe plantains and some vegetables.
