A facebook user shared these photos claiming that the man in the photo promised marriage to a certain lady and failed her. As a result, he developed particularly female looking breasts. In the second picture the man can be seen in a church-like setting with someone who looks like a pastor about to pray for him or praying for him. We pray he gets back his masculine chest.
