The name Eto'o has been around for so long it feels like he is your grandfather. But no, the Cameroonian striker, Samuel Eto'o Fils, just turned 36 2 days ago. On Friday, March 10th, his antalyaspor team mates decided to surprise him with a cake for his birthday.
The video footage shows the team mates gathered around a cake on a field and after singing the birthday song to him, proceeded to feed him with a piece of the beautiful rectangular cake. Suddenly, as if on cue, each team mate cuts off big chunks of the creamy cake and rubs it all over the 36 year old champion who is visibly taken aback.
His reaction is a mixture of shock and surprise and it is clear that the joke is funny to everyone but him. His team mates can be heard laughing and enjoying themselves at his expense. Apparently, Turkish nationals have a completely different notion of team spirit (lol).
