Have you ever sat down and looked at your childhood pictures
and remember some of the things that you dreamed of being and you never became.
Have you ever picked up an old song that you wrote some
time back and never sang it or some project you had started and never finished
it. Well it happened to me once in the past and ever since I researched to find
out what happened, I realised the shortest way to not achieving your dreams.
1. Just daydream: it does not just suffice to dream; you also have to do the dream. You don't just sit there day dreaming, you have to consciously work at it until it comes to pass.
2. Have no plan: if you do not know where you are going you are going nowhere. What is your strategy and action plan on how you want to achieve your dream? What do you want to achieve? What do you need to achieve it? How do you go about it? Who are those you need? If you don’t know all these then you are on the track to failure.
3. Have neither team nor networks: This is a smart way not to achieve your dreams. You are not an island and you cannot survive without people. Do you have a mentor? Do you have friends with common interests who have the same level of drive like you do? Do you connect with those who have already achieved what you want to achieve? Without a network of friends and pros in your field, you are doomed.
4. Listen a lot to negative people: if you listen a lot to what people say you will never achieve your dreams. There people out there that are jealous of you and others that never see the positive side of things. Others can't take risks and some have failed in what you do and cannot tell you the right thing. Man, don't listen to what everybody says. See, people will never really understand and people will not always like you or cheer you. Just do your thing whatever happens and move ahead because if you stay back to listen you are sure going nowhere.
5. Don’t have a drive and work for money: if you have to live your dream you need to have a strong drive because you are going to be greatly discouraged along the line. When you have a dream and try to survive rather than live, you will dive for anything that will give you the money at the expense of your dream. You get the picture, if you have nothing to die for, you will die for anything. Dreamers build dreams into reality and when that has happened, they eat the fruit thereof. You want to start a company, act in the award winning movie, sing that smash hit song, be that engineer? You need drive, you need patience, you need to focus on the people and not just yourself and do not work for the money. Make the money work for you.
6. Don’t dream at all. No need to expantiate. If you can’t dream, you will never see your dreams come to pass. Dream the impossible man. If you don’t reach the stars, you would have at least reached the skies. Better than the ground right?
This is part one of this article. While waiting for the next part and now that you know what to do NOT to live your dreams, why not learn and do what you HAVE to do to achieve your dreams.

"Thì ra là như vậy." Đỗ Thế Tình cũng mơ hồ nhớ được có vài chuyện như thế, nhưng lại mờ mịt không có ấn tượng sâu đậm mấy. Tựa hồ chỉ là bởi đối phương nhắc tới thì lão mới nhớ ra, chứ trong cả đời lão thì chuyện chữa trị cho người đếm sao cũng không hết, cho dù có nhớ thì chỉ sợ cũng rất nhạt nhòa trong kí ức.
Nhưng không thể không nói cái kiểu cản đường báo ân này quả là độc nhất vô nhị, hơn nữa sẽ khiến bất cứ ai cũng cảm thấy tâm tình vô cùng thư sướng.
